More Information About The Vance Protection Plan:
General Information:
- This agreement is a maintenance agreement, not an insurance policy or extended warranty. This agreement is between Vance Heating & Air Conditioning and the service property homeowner and provides for maintenance services for your heating and cooling equipment.
- All equipment is subject to a full system tune up and evaluation prior to enrolling in the Vance Protection Plan.
- Vance Protection Plan (VPP) HVAC maintenances are performed twice annually and once every 2 years for electrical.
Homeowner Responsibility:
- Vance Heating & Air Conditioning will make every attempt to contact the homeowner to schedule 2 annual visits via telephone, email and/or postcard.
- It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure VPP visits are scheduled.
- The written terms of this agreement supersede any and all verbal agreements.
Billings and Renewal:
- Payment accepted for monthly billing are credit card or automatic checking account payments (ACH).
- Notify Vance of changes to billing method or account information at least 7 days prior to billing date.
- Program benefits are only available to homeowner accounts in good standing. No service will be required to be rendered by Vance Heating & Air Conditioning for delinquency, fraud, material misrepresentation, or failure to make any payment.
Cancellation:
- After the initial 12 months, this agreement will remain in effect until cancelled in writing to our office via e-mail (info@vanceheating.com).
- If homeowner is not satisfied with service provided by Vance Heating & Air Conditioning, cancellation can occur after an opportunity to rectify the situation is discussed.
- If homeowner does not schedule VPP visits after the customer service department’s attempts to contact to schedule, no refund will be given for missed visit.
